Symsense Services Terms and Conditions
SECTION-A : Important Information
This document contains the terms and conditions for the services that Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited (“Company”) provide to Client ("You"):
These "Services Terms and Conditions" together with:
- The services application forms;
- Service specific additional terms and conditions if any;
- Information on service charges, commissions and tariffs as applicable;
- The Power of Attorny, if any, executed by you in favor of company;
define company's relationship with you in relation with the services you subscribe to.
If these Services Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with any of the terms outlined in the documents listed in points (1) to (4) above, the Services Terms and Conditions will prevail.
These Services Terms and Conditions come into effect from the moment you apply for and/or company start providing the Service(s) to you.
It is important that you read the Services Terms and Conditions carefully. It is required that you must be in full agreement with all parts of these Services Terms and Conditions in order to avail Service(s) from the company.
The meanings of certain words used in these Services Terms and Conditions are set out in Section C. Also, in these Advisory Services Terms and Conditions:
- Company, we, us and our means Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited, which provides the Services to you as specified in the Services Application Form, the Services Terms and Conditions, any additional Services Application Form and corresponding Services Terms and Conditions signed by you; and
- Client, you and your mean any person entering these Services Terms and Conditions with us, which expressions shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include, if you are an individual, your heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives; if you are a sole proprietorship firm, your heirs, legal representatives, executors, administrators and permitted assigns; if you are a partnership firm or limited partnership firm, the partners or partner for the time being of the partnership firm or limited partnership firm, the survivors or survivor of them, their respective heirs, executors and administrators; if you are a company, your successors and permitted assigns; if you are a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), its Karta and its co-parceners and the survivors or survivor of them and their respective heirs, legal representatives, executors, administrators and permitted assigns; and if you are a trust, the trustees for the time being of the trust, survivors or survivor of them and the heirs, executors and administrators of the last surviving trustee.
You confirm that the Services envisaged under the Services Terms and Conditions are personal to you and rendered to you in your individual capacity and do not extend to any person with whom you may jointly hold the Assets unless such joint Asset holder has submitted to us the Services Application Form, the relevant Services Application Form (if any) and accepted these Services Terms and Conditions and the corresponding Services Terms and Conditions in the form and manner prescribed by us. In case of any doubts with respect to the Asset jointly held with one or more persons or any aspect of these Services Terms and Conditions you should raise them with us.

Symsense Referral Partner
If you are an existing Symsense client and love to see your friends grow with you, refer them to Symsense and get rewarded with 500 Referral Reward Points (worth ₹500.00) from us and blessings from them.
Who Can Become Symsense Referral Partner? and How?
All of our existing clients (businesses or individuals) are our Symsense Referral Partners by default. It is a complimentary relationship awarded to them as a token of appreciation from us for being our client and so there is no need to undergo any additional formalities to avail this complementary relationship.
Please note that Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited reserves the rights to expressly revoke your relationship as Symsense Referral Partner with us without quoting any reason thereof. No further communication will be entertained in this regard under any circumstances.
Referral Reward Points Rate
As a Symsense Referral Partner you are entitled to receive referral reward points as prescribed below,

When Can I Redeem Reward Points?
The reward points earned can be redeemed (in the form of cash discount) at the time of renewal of your subscription. Any unredeemed reward points (either intentionally unredeemed or available in excess of the subscription renewal amount) would be carried forward and can be redeemed at the time of subsequent renewal of your subscription.
In case you decide to opt out of our services, the balance reward points, if any, will automatically be treated as lapsed. We expressly reject any requests for redemption of such lapsed reward points by any other mode. Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited will not be liable for any delay in redemption of the reward points due to technical issues beyond our control.
Can I Get Promoted to Affiliate Partner?
Yes, once you achieve a milestone of 10 referrals, you will be promoted to Symsense Affiliate Partner upon completion of required formalities.

Your relationship as Symsense Referral Partner with Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited is defined and governed by Partnership Terms and Conditions. You are required to read and confirm to all parts of these Symsense Partnership Terms and Conditions to avail this complementary relationship.

Who Can Become Symsense Affiliate Partner? and How?
Any business or an individual who has a large network of potential investors or traders and is passionate about and capable of growing it further and convert it into a big business opportunity is the most suitable candidate to become Symsense Affiliate Partner.
If you have these characteristics in you, then just download this Symsense Affiliate Partner Application Form, fill it and post it to our registered office address along with self attested photo copies of required documents (as per 'Annexure A' below). We will review the application and respond within 72 hours.
Please note that Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited reserves the rights to expressly reject your application without quoting any reason thereof. No further communication will be entertained in this regard under any circumstances.
Affiliate Commission Rate
As a Symsense Affiliate Partner you are entitled to receive affiliate commission as prescribed below,

When Will I Get Paid?
The commission earned will be paid on a monthly basis. The commission earned till last day of each month will be paid on or before 15th day of the subsequent month provided that the amount payable is equal to or more than the threshold of ₹1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand Only). Any unpaid commission would be carried forward and added to the earning of the subsequent month.
The commission will be paid directly to the bank account of the Affiliate Partner. We expressly reject any requests for commission payout by any other mode of payment. Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited will not be liable for any delay in the commission payout due to unavailability of affiliate partner's bank account detals or any other technical issues beyond our control.

For Businesses;
- Copy of PAN card
- Copy of business registration certificate
- Copy of GST registration certificate
- KYC documents (passport size photo, ID proof and address proof) of Authorized Signatories
- Board resolution (for private and public companies), Letter of Consent (for partnership firms)
- A cancelled cheque leaf
For Individuals;
- Copy of PAN card
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Passport size photo
- ID Proof

- A cancelled cheque leaf

Your relashtionship as Symsense Affiliate Partner with Symsense Consultancy Services Private Limited is defined and governed by Partnership Terms and Conditions. You are required to read and confirm to all parts of these Symsense Partnership Terms and Conditions before applying.
